This page explains the second stage of the selection process and September 2026 Training & Evaluation for the Business Development & Growth Executive position advertised in August 2026.
Step 1.Practical Assessment & Screening
There will normally be no conventional interview at this stage. Instead, we would like you to understand TicketLine.in, explore the platform yourself and demonstrate your ability to learn and work independently.
We hope you already have a basic understanding of what TicketLine.in does. Now, please explore the platform and its features and submit the following.

Please explore the platform yourself
Where applicable, try the following:
- Register an organization
- Add an event
- Add a ticket
- Download event/ticket banners
- Purchase a test ticket
- Scan a ticket
- Explore other relevant features available to you
You may contact us if approval is required or if you face a genuine difficulty. However, please first try to understand the process yourself using the User Guide.
Important: Use Test Data
While exploring the platform, please use test/demo information wherever appropriate. e.g. Organization Name: Test org of [your name]; Phone Number: [your active phone number]. etc.
If you purchase a test ticket, please use ₹1 as the ticket price. Please do not create/purchase higher-value tickets for testing.
Money spend for testing ticket functionality will be refunded to you.
2. Submit Your Feedback
After exploring TicketLine.in, you will be asked to provide your observations and practical feedback.
Your feedback should include at least:
- One thing that works well and should be retained.
- One thing that should or could be improved.
- Any other useful observations or suggestions.
We are interested not only in whether you can identify problems, but also in whether you can understand the platform from a customer’s and salesperson’s perspective.
Your feedback will be considered before you proceed to the next stage.
3. Sample Prospect Assignment
Prepare a list of 10 genuine potential prospects who may be suitable customers for TicketLine.in.
Please provide the details in an Excel or Google Sheet, including, where available:
- Organization/event name
- Contact person
- Phone number/contact details
- Type of organization/event
- Why you think they may be a potential customer
The purpose of this assignment is to understand your ability to identify genuine business opportunities, rather than simply collect contact numbers.

Step 2. September 2026 – Training & Performance Evaluation
Candidates who successfully complete the initial assessment will be invited to participate in the September 2026 Training & Performance Evaluation Programme.
September will be a practical working and evaluation period. You will receive guidance and training and will be given specific activities and performance targets.

The September programme is not designed simply to eliminate candidates. Our objective is to identify and provide opportunities to as many honest, capable and efficient candidates as possible.

September Compensation
upto ₹10,000 for September 2026
The September compensation is subject to the programme’s performance requirements and conditions.

Work Location
TicketLine.in’s registered office is located in Murshidabad, West Bengal. However, candidates selected for this programme or appointed as employees are not required to report to the registered office for their regular work.
The role is designed to be performed from the employee’s home town, nearby area, or another preferred location within India, depending on the nature of the work and business opportunities.
Performance, Not Attendance
This is a performance-oriented role.
Performance will be evaluated primarily on actual work and business results, rather than physical attendance at an office.
Evaluation may include:
- Quality and quantity of genuine prospects
- Prospect communication and calling
- Product demonstrations
- Follow-ups
- Customer onboarding
- Business generated
- Reporting and work discipline
- Initiative and consistency
- Overall contribution to TicketLine.in
Being available and responsive when required is expected. However, physical attendance at the Murshidabad registered office is not a requirement for this role.
Appointment from October 2026
Candidates who demonstrate the required performance, ability and suitability may be offered formal employment with TicketLine.in from October 2026, subject to the company’s final assessment and applicable terms of appointment.
