Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund policy sets out how Ticket Line acts in case of Cancellation & Refund to the organizations as well as to the individuals when you use this website.

Ticket Line is committed deliver best possible services to the organizations as well as to the individuals at the same time we are also committed to maintain the interest of all, concerned in a deal.

Ticket Line may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

As there are two types of users (viz. organization and individual) in the website; respective part of this policy will be applicable to them separately.

Please find the Cancellation & Refund policies for different users and different services as mentioned bellow.

For Organizations:

An organization may take one or more service(s) from us. Similarly they may cancel one or more services if required. Refund policy for each case will be as follow.

Offline ticket:

On recharge of the ticket account ‘ticket credit’ will be issued to the organizational account to generate ticket(s). In no circumstance used ticket credit will be cancelled and refunded. But unused ticket credit may be cancelled and refunded if claimed by the respective organization. Refund amount will be calculated based on the latest recharge(s) assuming credits are used chronologically based on the recharge.

N.B. Free ticket credits, though they will be issued first, will not be refunded. In other words, unused ticket credit will be counted excluding the free ticket credit(s).

Online Ticket:

Organizations may introduce online tickets free of cost. But they are bound to provide the facility/benefit(s), for which the ticket has been sold to the ticket buyers. If a circumstance arise as the facility/ benefit(s) may not be provide/organizers want to alter or cancel the program, concerned persons (buyers ) should be informed by the respective organizers at least in one day advance. Non doing so and intentional negligence by the organization is proved, they may be fined with the sold ticket amount, which will be payable to the concerned buyer(s).

If the cancellation of the ticket(s) has been done with all formalities by the organizers, they may not be fined.

Organization will not be provided any money for the ticket cancelled by the organizers.

If a buyer/ visitor apply for a cancellation of a ticket in the portal, It should be approved by the concerned organization. In this case 10% of the ticket value will be paid to the concerned organization.

Membership Portal:

If an organization stop using the membership portal, no money will be taken or refunded to them.

For Individual:

Offline ticket:

We do not collect any money from customers for offline tickets, so refund for offline tickets is not applicable for us.

Online Ticket:

After purchasing a ticket on the TicketLine portal, if the visitor does not use it, he/she can apply for cancellation on the portal, any time within the validity period of the ticket. The ticket will be deemed canceled if the ticket issuing agency/organization approves the cancellation of the ticket. 80 (eighty) percent of the price of the canceled ticket will be refunded to the person (buyer). Refund will goes to the buyers account only. No cash refund is possible.

Membership Portal:

If a person paid for a membership fees to a organization and the membership has not approved within 30 days of the payment, he/she may apply for the refund. After verification he/she may get 90% of the paid amount.

If membership approved once, refund is not possible.
