This Pricing  policy sets out how Ticket Line will charge money to deliver different services to the organizations as well as to the individuals when they use this website.

Ticket Line is committed deliver best possible services to the organizations as well as to the individuals in exchange of the money they provide to us to avail a service/ services from us.

Ticket Line may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

As there are two types of users (viz. organization and individual) in the website; respective part of this policy will be applicable to them separately.

For Organizations:

For organizations at present there are three services viz. Offline Ticket, Online Ticket and Members Portal. Pricing policy for these services are as mentioned below.

Offline Ticket

Any organization may try this service free of cost. On creating an account in the portal an organization will be credited 20 ‘ticket credit’. Each ‘ticket credit’ will allow the organization to generate one ticket (irrespective of number of person allowed on it or the price of the ticket). Any time after the signup, organizations may recharge the ticket account with some predefined recharge value, and will get some ‘ticket credit’ as follow. There will no expiry date of the ticket credit, so organizations may use the credit any time even after a year or later.

Online Tickets

Any registered organization may sell online tickets for any event, show or activity. There is no setup or maintenance fees. But a percentage on the amount of the sold tickets will be charged as transaction fees and website fees. Organizations will be charged as follow on the basis of used ticket amount in a month (English calendar month).

As all online tickets are liable to cancellation, so the payment to the organizations for the online tickets will be made only after the ticket has been used or expired. Payments for the cancelled tickets if found any may be done on the next payment date of the week.

Members Portal

Any registered organization may use membership portal for its members. There is no setup or maintenance fees. But a flat ten percentage (10%) on the amount of the membership fees collected will be charged as transaction fees and website fees. Fees paid by the approved members will only be calculated. If a membership application remain pending even after 30 days of payment, it may be refunded to the person.

For Individual

Pricing policy to the individual for different services, we offer, are as mentioned below.

Offline Ticket

We do not sell any offline ticket our self and also do not collect any money for the same. We help organizers to generate QR tickets to sell it offline and only charge to them.

Online ticket

We provide our platform to the organizers to sell their tickets online. We also collect money for the same. We do not charge anything to the individual for using the platform.

Membership Portal

We provide our platform to the organizers to manage their members details online. We also collect money for the membership fees on behalf of the organization. We do not charge anything to the individual for using the platform.
