Before you begin
If you are exploring TicketLine for testing, you may use imaginary organization details during registration.
For testing
We recommend starting the organization name with “Test org…” so that test organizations can be easily distinguished from real organizations.
After registration, the organization remains pending approval until the approval process is completed.
While approval is pending
Ticket selling is not enabled for real customers. You can, however, use the available demo and testing features to explore ticket purchase and QR scanning.
1. Open TicketLine
Open your browser
Open Google Chrome or another web browser on your computer or mobile device.
Visit TicketLine
Open ticketline.in in the address bar and continue to the TicketLine website.
2. Create your organization account
Start registration
Select Start Free Today. You can also open the site menu and choose Sign Up.
Enter organization details
Complete the Organization Registration form and submit the registration.
Use test details when exploring
If you are only exploring the system, use Test org… as the beginning of the organization name.
3. Registration confirmation & login
Registration completed
After successful registration, TicketLine will show a confirmation message and provide a Go to Login option.
Open the Login page
Enter the email address you used during registration. You can choose either password login or OTP login.
Log in
If you selected password login, enter your password and select Login. You can also switch to OTP login.
4. Explore your dashboard
Open your organization dashboard
After login, your organization dashboard will open. The dashboard is the main place from which you can access the tools available to your organization.
Organization Approval Pending
If your dashboard shows Organization Approval Pending, real customer ticket selling is not yet enabled. You can still use the available testing/demo features to explore the system.
5. What to do next
Your next steps depend on whether your organization is still awaiting approval or has already been approved.
If your organization is awaiting approval
- Explore the available testing and demo features.
- Create your event or program.
- Configure ticket types and pricing.
Once your organization is approved
- Set up online and/or offline ticket sales as required.
- Test QR ticket scanning before your event.
