As our platform usage is increasing, we are looking for a responsible and disciplined Operations & Growth Executive to support daily operations and growth activities.
This role is ideal for someone who wants part-time, work-from-home work, is comfortable with phones and computers, and can follow systems consistently.
📌 Position Overview
Job Title: Operations & Growth Executive
Work Mode: Work From Home
Time Commitment: 2–3 hours per day (regular)
Location Preference: Kalyani to Kolkata, West Bengal
⏳ Trial Period & Evaluation (Important)
This position will start with a 1-month trial period.
During the trial:
- Work quality, discipline, and responsibility will be evaluated weekly
- Daily reporting and follow-ups are mandatory
- Based on performance, the role may be extended or made long-term
⚠️ Applicants must have their own computer/laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with event organisers via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Onboarding new organisers onto the TicketLine platform
- Verifying and approving events and tickets
- Daily follow-ups and basic operational reporting
- Posting regularly on social media (content will be provided)
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills (Bengali required, English preferred)
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and the internet
- Disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn
- Ability to follow systems and submit regular reports
- Interest in working in a startup environment
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass)
- Age: 25–40 years
➕ Prior experience in customer support or operations will be an advantage.
