Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • All ticket sales are final once payment is confirmed.
  • Refunds are allowed only in case of event cancellation or rescheduling by the organizer.
  • Requests for refunds (if applicable) must be sent via registered email within 7 days of the announcement.
  • Online payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Transfer of tickets is not allowed without prior approval.
  • The organizer reserves the right to deny refund claims in case of fraud or misuse.

Appendix F — Terms of Digital Entry and Scanning

Terms of Digital Entry

  • Each ticket contains a unique QR code that must be scanned at the entry gate.
  • Only one person (or number of persons mentioned in the ticket) is permitted per valid QR code.
  • Duplicated or tampered QR codes will be invalid.
  • Attendees must carry valid ID proof for verification.
  • Entry closes 30 minutes before the event starts unless otherwise announced.
  • Organizers are not responsible for lost or shared QR tickets.
