Services we provide are include QR tickets (Offline and Online) and Membership Portal.
Following terms and conditions are applied to the QR ticket:
User Account: Concerned organization must have a organizational user account in the Ticketline.in to avail the service from us.
Ticket Registration: Concerned organization have to add (register) tickets in the website.
Ticket ID: Registered tickets indicates a type of tickets, not individual tickets sold to the customers. An ID (Ticket ID) will be assigned to the added ticket automatically in the portal. This ID will also remain printed on all tickets of that series.
Approval of Ticket: To enabled it to generate a real ticket, every type of ticket (i.e. registered ticket with a particular ticket ID) must be approved/activated by us, otherwise it will generate only demo ticket.
Edit of Ticket: Before approved/activated by us, a ticket with a particular ID may be edited unlimited times by the concerned organizations. But after approval no edit will be possible.
Name of the Ticket: This is common name of a series of tickets. This is taken at the time of ticket registration (add ticket/edit ticket) and remain printed to all ticket of that series.
Serial number of the ticket: at the time of ticket generation all tickets of a particular ID will also be assignment with a serial number. Serial number will be printed on each ticket sold to the customers. For each ticket ID different serial is minted.
Random code: beside serial number every ticket of a series (Ticket ID), will also assigned with a random code. This code is used to check whether the ticket is authentic or not.
QR code: QR code is the heart to a QR ticket. At the time
of ticket generation every ticket is provided with an unique QR code. All required information to scan and authenticate the ticket, remain included within the QR code.
Price of the ticket: at the time of ticket registration (Add), per head rate is registered. At the time of ticket generation, this is multiplied with the number of person (maximum) to enter with the ticket and
printed on the tickets.
Date of Validity start: In the ticket registration form, there is an optional field for “Validity Date Starts on”. If the date is entered here, at the time of ticket generation of that series (ID); this date will be printed on each ticket as “Valid From” date. If the date is not entered here “Valid From” date will be the date of ticket generation.
On scanning with our ticket scanner, a ticket will be shown valid on or after the “Valid From” date.
Date of Validity ends: In the ticket registration form, there is an optional field for “Validity Date Ends on”. If the date is entered here, at the time of ticket generation of that series (ID); this date will be printed on each ticket as “Valid Till” date. If the date is not entered here “Valid Till” date will be the “Valid From” date plus sixty days.
On scanning with our ticket scanner, a ticket will be shown valid until the “Valid Till” date, if not used already.
Ticket type: In the ticket registration form, there is a mandatory field for “Ticket Type”. This may be “single day” or “season“. This information will also be printed on each ticket generated in the portal.
With a “single day ticket” visitors may enter only once within the validity period. With a “season” ticket visitors may enter once every day within the validity period.
Valid for __ person/ Ticket for __ person: This information remain printed on each tickets generated in the ticketline.in. This is the maximum number of the person may enter at once using the ticket.
Ticket Background: Organizers may add a background to the tickets generated offline. Back ground of the ticket may include colour, photo, diagram, text etc.
Ticket Link: Every registered ticket (irrespective of approval) to sell online (i.e. online ticket) will be provided with a ticket link. This link may be shared in digital and print media; directly or as a QR code. Customer may pay and buy individual tickets of that series using the link.
Selling of ticket: We do not sell / collect and money from the customer for the offline QR tickets. We only help the organizers/organizations to prepare and validate the offline QR tickets. But customer may pay and buy online ticket from our portal. We will pay the amount time to time after deducting our commission.
Selling Offline QR Tickets
After login to the user account, you (any representative of organizers/ organizations) will be able to add / Register ticket in the ticketline portal (https://ticketline.in). It will be marked with a ticket ID automatically in the portal.
After checking we will approve the ticket and then you will be able to generate, download and take printout of the tickets of that particular ID with different Sl. number. Editing of the ticket is permitted till approval from us. After approval from us you can’t edit the ticket details anymore except the ticket’s background picture.
You can check ticket preview and demo ticket any time.
At the time of ticket download, you will be asked the number of tickets you want. Tickets of that ID will be generated. Different serial number of the ticket will be added automatically on the tickets. A PDF file of the tickets will be downloaded to your device (computer/ mobile). You have to take print out of the downloaded ticket to sell it offline.
You may not able to download multiple tickets with same ID and same serial numbers.
Selling Online QR Tickets
After login to the user account, you (any representative of organizers/ organizations) will be able to add / Register ticket in the ticketline portal (https://ticketline.in). It will be marked with a ticket ID automatically in the portal.
Tickets should be added (register) separately to the ticketline.in to sell it online (apert from the offline tickets).
A ticket link will be available to share. This link may be share it in social media and other places to help the buyer to buy the ticket.
After approval of the tickets from us, buyers may also find the ticket buying option from the portal in the link https://ticketline.in/buy/
Buyers will able to buy only the approved tickets and after approval you can’t edit the ticket details.
After successful payment, the ticket will be ready to download. All issued tickets will be a PDF file containing a QR code and required details in English. A ticket download link will also be e-mailed to the buyer by Ticketline. No print version of the ticket will be provided to the ticket buyer, but the buyer may do it themself.
The price of the tickets sold by Ticketline will be deposited in the account of Ticketline.
Within 7-15 days after the event is over/the ticket is used, the sum amount (after deducting 10% as a charge) will be delivered to the bank A/C of the organizer/ organization by the Ticketline.
If in any circumstance the payment became delayed, Ticketline will not be responsible for that.
Scanning of the tickets:
To scan the tickets; the required software (Ticket Scanner) will be provided by Ticketline. But required smartphones, employees, data/ wifi connection and any other devices (if required) should be arranged by the organizers/organization.
After Login in your organizational profile you may find a “Ticket Validating Link” . You may edit, copy and share the link to your employee/ security.
Clicking/taping on the ling, default internet explorer of your device will open. It may ask the camera use permission, you have to give the permission to work it properly. (You may create a shortcut of the window on the home screen of your device to enable it working like a app.) It will open the camera, if a QR code of a QR ticket generated from this website is placed in front of the camera, it will automatically extract the data and will transmit the data to the server. In the server the data will be checked for authenticity and validity of the ticket, if everything found OK, server data will be updated as ticket has been used at the same time a big green tick mark with the number of the allowed person will be presented on the screen of the scanning device. If anything found wrong a big red cross mark will be presented on the screen of the scanning device. It will also indicate in brief the reason behind it.
Following terms and conditions are applied to the membership portal:
User: The organizations which has / created a organizational account in the ticketline portal (https://ticketline.in) may use this service.
Membership form: To collect and/edit data of the members, form available in the portal may only be used.
Approval of membership: Once applied with the membership form, application must be approved by the concerned organization; otherwise it will not be appeared in the members list.
Membership fees: Membership fees as defined by the concerned organization may be collected from the members in online mode. Collected membership fees will be transferred to the concerned organization after deducting our commission.
Membership card: Organizations may design and generate membership card with QR code for their members. These card may also be scanned with the ticket scanner mentioned above for its authenticity.

If any unwanted situation arises, using any product or service of this website, we will not be responsible for that.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
