A simple step-by-step guide for first-time users<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before you begin
<\/strong>For testing, you may use imaginary organization details. We recommend starting the organization name with \u201cTest org\u2026\u201d<\/strong> so that we can easily distinguish test organizations from real ones. After registration, the organization remains pending approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While approval is pending, online ticket sales and real QR ticket scanning are not available. You can explore the available features and prepare your organization for ticketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Open TicketLine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Open your browser<\/strong>
Open Google Chrome or any web browser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Visit TicketLine<\/strong>
Type ticketline.in in the address bar and click\/tap Enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Create your organization account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

3. Start registration<\/strong>
click\/tap \u201cStart Free Today\u201d. You can also open the menu (\u2630) and choose \u201cSign Up\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Enter organization details<\/strong>
Complete the Organization Registration form and click\/tap \u201cRegister\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. For testing<\/strong>
Use Test org….<\/strong> as organization name if you are only exploring the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Registration confirmation & login<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

6. Registration completed<\/strong>
After successful registration, the system will show a confirmation message and provide a \u201cGo to Login\u201d option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Open the Login page<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter your registered email address. You can choose password login or OTP login. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Log in<\/strong>
If you selected password login, enter your password and click\/tap \u201cLogin\u201d. You can also switch to OTP login.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After login, your organization dashboard will open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important: <\/strong>The dashboard may show \u201cOrganization Approval Pending\u201d. Ticket selling is not yet enabled, but you can test demo ticket purchase and the scanning system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. What to do next<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If your organization is awaiting approval:<\/strong>
You can create your event\/program, configure ticket types and pricing, and explore the available features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once your organization is approved:<\/strong>
