{"id":1062,"date":"2026-10-16T06:37:52","date_gmt":"2026-10-16T06:37:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ticketline.in\/rules\/?page_id=1062"},"modified":"2026-10-16T06:37:52","modified_gmt":"2026-10-16T06:37:52","slug":"how-to-onboard-organizations-on-ticketline-as-a-staff-member-or-channel-partner","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ticketline.in\/rules\/how-to-onboard-organizations-on-ticketline-as-a-staff-member-or-channel-partner\/","title":{"rendered":"How to Onboard Organizations on TicketLine as a Staff Member or Channel Partner"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow the steps below to register and onboard new organizations on TicketLine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Apply for the Partner Programme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>Log in to your <strong>approved TicketLine account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find the <strong>Partner Programme<\/strong> section below <strong>Quick Actions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click\/tap <strong>Apply Now<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: Submit Your Application<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>Check the pre-filled information in the application form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide the required details and submit the form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your application will be reviewed and approved after verification.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3: Open the Partner Dashboard<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>Log in to your TicketLine account after your application is approved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to the <strong>Partner Programme<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click\/tap <strong>Open Partner Dashboard<\/strong> to access the Channel Partner Dashboard.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4: Create a New Organization<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>Open <strong>Referred Organizations<\/strong> in the Channel Partner Dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click\/tap <strong>+ Onboard Organization<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in the required details in the form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click\/tap <strong>Create Organization<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The organization will be created, and its approval status will remain <strong>Pending<\/strong> until TicketLine completes the verification process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 5: Help the Organization Get Started<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>While approval is pending, the organization can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Create or use the default event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add ticket types.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issue and share passes through WhatsApp.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test the ticket\/pass scanning process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> Actual ticket\/pass validation and online ticket sales will be enabled only after the organization is approved by TicketLine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 6: Collect the Required Documents<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Partners are requested to collect the following documents and information from each organization, as applicable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Proof of the organization&#8217;s name or identity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank account details and supporting documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GST details and documents, if available or applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete to facilitate verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 7: Complete Verification and Approval<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The TicketLine team will verify the organization&#8217;s details and supporting documents. Once approved, the organization&#8217;s account will be activated with access to all applicable TicketLine features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your responsibility as a staff member or channel partner:<\/strong> Help organizations complete registration, collect the necessary information and documents, guide them through the initial setup, and ensure they are ready to use TicketLine once approval is granted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Follow the steps below to register and onboard new organizations on TicketLine.
